Return Policy

Refunds:

CASH REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Refunds are returned on store credit ONLY. 

Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in unused and unworn condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. Please be aware that all return requests are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria. To initiate a return, either visit Rangers Authentics or email asteeneveld@kitchenerrangers.com with your original receipt and the item you wish to return.

A valid receipt is required for all refund requests.

Exchanges:

Rangers Authentics accepts exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and unworn, with the original tags and packaging still attached. Exchanges are contingent upon item availability and are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our criteria. To initiate an exchange, either visit Rangers Authentics or email asteeneveld@kitchenerrangers.com with your original receipt and the item you wish to exchange. 

A valid receipt is necessary for all exchange requests.

Exceptions:

• No refunds or exchanges for jersey customizations.
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
